Challenge

Altogether Dental was entering a difficult category. Dental care in the US is expensive, confusing and often tied to insurance models that many people cannot access or do not trust.

The product was designed as a simpler alternative: a monthly dental membership offering discounts on treatment, without the usual waiting periods, deductibles, annual limits or exclusions.

The brand needed to explain that clearly, while also feeling credible enough to sit within Haleon’s wider healthcare world.

Approach

We took an early internally-developed identity and turned it into a more coherent brand system.

That meant refining the visual language, building consistency across assets, improving the tone of voice and creating a more professional campaign platform. The job was not to throw everything away and start again. It was to identify the parts with genuine value, then make them work harder.

We developed a brand that felt optimistic, supportive and accessible, while still being grounded enough for a healthcare and financial decision. We thoroughly integrated the learnings taken from our research, ensuring the execution was ‘inclusive by design’.

Outcome

A clearer, more confident Altogether Dental brand, ready to show up as a serious alternative in the US dental benefits market.

It gave the business a more consistent identity, stronger customer-facing communications and a creative platform built around a simple idea: dental care should be easier to understand, easier to access and less financially painful.
